In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By registering an Account, accessing the cuci12 Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the cuci12 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the cuci12 Platform and close your Account.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and cuci12 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the cuci12 Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you. cuci12 does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.
3.1 Minimum Age. Access to all real-money Services on the cuci12 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
3.2 Age Verification. cuci12 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Malaysian passport, or other government-issued photographic identification confirming your date of birth. Account access and withdrawal rights may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of age verification.
3.3 Geographical Restrictions. cuci12 does not knowingly accept Members from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. You represent that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it.
3.4 Single Account per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds therein may be forfeited in accordance with cuci12's anti-fraud policy.
3.5 Employees. Directors, employees, contractors, and immediate family members of cuci12 and its affiliate partners are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.
4.1 Registration. To access real-money Services, you must complete the cuci12 registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, cuci12 requires all Members to complete KYC verification. You will be required to provide:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cuci12 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to safeguard your password. You must notify cuci12 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.4 Account Information Updates. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. cuci12 may require re-verification upon significant account changes.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. cuci12 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of up to RM 10 per month to dormant accounts, after providing written notice to the registered email address.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cuci12 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. cuci12 targets the following withdrawal processing times, measured from approval:

5.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
5.6 Currency. All Account balances, bets, wins, bonuses, and fees are denominated in MYR. cuci12 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or e-wallet provider.
6.1 General. cuci12 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, and cashback programmes to eligible Members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified per promotion. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type; live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. cuci12 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; and using automated tools or bots to generate play. cuci12 reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and associated winnings and suspend the Account of any Member engaged in bonus abuse.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and free spin awards expire as specified per promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account balance.
6.5 Withdrawal of Real Funds with Active Bonus. If you choose to withdraw Real Funds while an active bonus is applied to your Account, the associated Bonus Funds and any winnings generated therefrom will be forfeited.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the cuci12 Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
7.2 Void Bets. cuci12 reserves the right to void any bet placed in the following circumstances: system error affecting bet acceptance or odds; obvious pricing error; evidence of exploitation of a technical fault; or where the integrity of the event cannot be confirmed.
7.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the cuci12 Sportsbook rules applicable at the time of bet placement. cuci12 uses official results from the relevant governing body for settlement purposes. Disputes regarding sports bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the event result being published.
7.4 Technical Failures. cuci12 is not liable for any loss resulting from interruption of service, network failure, or technical malfunction during game play. In the event of a game round being disrupted mid-play, cuci12 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reinstate the game to its pre-interruption state or, where this is not possible, to void the affected round and return the staked amount.
7.5 Responsible Gambling Tools. Members may set voluntary betting limits from their Account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cuci12 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the cuci12 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations — is the property of cuci12 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without cuci12's express written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cuci12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 cuci12's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 cuci12 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
11.1 cuci12 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Members are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the full range of responsible gaming tools available on the Platform, as detailed on the Responsible Gaming page.
11.2 Age Restriction. Real-money gaming on cuci12 is strictly limited to persons aged 21 and above. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement.
11.3 Available Tools. Members may at any time access the following tools from their Account dashboard: deposit limits; loss limits; session time limits; cooling-off periods (1–30 days); and permanent self-exclusion.
11.4 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to permanently exclude themselves from cuci12 services may do so via the self-exclusion tool in their Account settings or by contacting cuci12 support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

12.1 cuci12 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC; or repeated bonus abuse.
12.2 Upon termination for cause, cuci12 may withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Funds not subject to pending investigation will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting cuci12 customer support. Any remaining Real Funds balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, provided KYC is completed and no active wagering requirement exists on Bonus Funds.
13.1 Initial Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from use of the cuci12 Platform, you should first contact cuci12 customer support by email at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. cuci12 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve the dispute within 7 business days.
13.2 Escalation. If the dispute is not resolved satisfactorily through the initial support process, cuci12 will escalate the matter to senior management review within a further 14 days.
13.3 Final Resolution. If a dispute remains unresolved following escalation, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process available under cuci12's applicable gaming licence. The decision of the licensing authority's designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding.
13.4 cuci12's determination of game outcomes and bet settlements, based on its server records, shall be conclusive in the event of any discrepancy between the server record and a Member's device display.
14.1 cuci12 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on the Platform and, where the changes are material, notified to Members by email at the registered address.
14.2 Amendments take effect 7 days after publication, or immediately where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions.
14.3 If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under cuci12's international gaming licence jurisdiction.
15.2 Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent such rights cannot be waived by contract.
